I Will Miss You
|
Eighth Graders, One of my family members always told me "You never know what good friends you have until they are gone." I think this is a very important quote that fits this time. I consider the eighth graders some of the most important people in my life. They have always been there for me. Whether it was about school or just life in general. I am very happy and proud to say that I have met all of these special people in band. To most of the eighth graders, and to myself, band is a very important part of our lives. I am very thankful for band. If it was not for it, I would not have met these great people!! I love you all! All my luck and love in high school!!!! Later Dayz, Dana

Goodbyes!!!
|
Hey have you ever tried typing while crying?Well that's what I am doing right now and let me tell you- It aint easy! I remember thinking at the beginning of the year to myself that I was gonna absolutely hate this year. Thank goodness I was wrong. We have had the best times together and I could only wish I could stay longer. Dont worry. Your 8th grade year is gonna fly- by and soon enough you'll be saying your goodbyes. I luv ya!!!!!! For the rest of you- STAY IN BAND. I dont care how much you suck at your instrument and how much you hate Mr. Wellman........stay in it!!!! I wouldnt regret band for the world. Because of band, I have found the truest of friendships that will last a lifetime. It will always give you a tune to hum all day( and also one to annoy those that sit by you) and will give you the biggest blessing- Friendship. So please when I walk across that stage in a big ugly blue and itchy gown, remember the only reason you are missing me is because we met through band. So for now I leave you all my love and memories, and try to hang to them for a year. I will see ya in what - 2001?!?!?!! sounds cool huh? :) peace out. Luv Ya. ~Robin Najewski ;)
This one is from Kristi I just wanted to to tell all my eighth grade friends that I'm going to miss all of you! So, we have to get together. Well, for all the eighth grade band geeks, good luck on chair auditions and Marching Knights. I hope all of you decide to stay in band. Well I'll miss you guys a lot!! ~*Kristi*~ =`)
Well, I am not sure if i can make anything sound as good as Dana's or Robin's but here goes: Guys, I dont know what I would have done without you. Seriously. You guys have always been there for me and helped me when I was down. I didnt think this year was going to be fun at all, I thought who are these weird 6th graders coming in? Geez was I wrong. I never ever thought I was going to have so much fun. And I know the last day Im going to be bawling my eyes out, because I cant do this, I dont know how I am going to leave all you behind. I just want to tell you some advice, dont quit band. Ever! So when you get into Marching Knights in 2001, we will be together again! And we will be together forever, and I will never let you go again. We will have even more fun in highschool. There are so many opportunities, that you dont want to pass you by. Its gonna be a really hard trip, and we will all help each other through it, just as we have done this year. Through band, school, family, friends, and even boyfriends and girlfriends. But through it all, just maintain a smile. Never hold you self back from everything you can accomplish. And never turn back for anything. I love you all forever and ever, ~*~Heather~*~
